TokenForce

Getting started

Trust and Security

Draft

How the platform design protects holder assets: non-custodial by design, audited contracts, regular solvency attestations, and an open regulatory posture.

Non-custodial by design

  • The platform never custodies investor tokens.
  • Tokens are delivered to, and payments are made from, the investor's own whitelisted self-custodial wallet.
  • The whitelisted wallet is verified by signature.

Smart contract audits

  • Two independent audits are completed before mainnet deployment.
  • Audit reports will be linked here as they are published.

Solvency and transparency

  • Frequent solvency attestations are published.
  • Per-product, per-chain inventory is tracked and disclosed. See Trust and Transparency.

Regulatory posture

  • Direct, active dialogue with European financial supervisory authorities.
  • Note: no authority has approved or endorsed any TokenForce product or the platform.

Operational security

  • Comprehensive logging for documentation, audit, and compliance.
  • Details of the key-custody model, treasury controls, and incident response will be published here.
