Solutions · Agentic Economy

The next investors won't be human.

AI agents will hold, move, and invest money autonomously — orchestrated by blockchains and governed by smart contracts. We build the asset layer they'll run on.

The thesis

Software is becoming an economic actor.

For three centuries, every financial decision ended with a human: approving the payment, placing the order, rebalancing the portfolio. That assumption is now breaking. AI agents already negotiate purchases, optimize treasury positions, and execute yield strategies — first under supervision, increasingly without it. The question is no longer whether software will manage money, but what rails it will manage money on.

Legacy finance was built for humans: business hours, account openings, signatures, T+2. Agents need the opposite — machine identity, always-on settlement, programmable rules, and assets they can hold directly. That is precisely what blockchains, smart contracts, and tokenized assets provide. The agentic economy won't be bolted onto the old rails; it will run on new ones. Building those rails for real-world assets is what we do.

Already underway

Don't take our word for it.

The largest institutions in finance are building for agent-run money — and regulators are already writing the supervisory playbook for it.

Citi

Projects agentic AI could lift global banking profits toward $2 trillion by 2028, and describes 'agentic contracts' automating compliance and payments.

McKinsey

Estimates AI agents could orchestrate $3–5 trillion in global commerce by 2030 — buying, negotiating, and paying on behalf of people and businesses.

JPMorgan

Is building agentic AI for corporate treasury — autonomous agents executing payments and managing liquidity with limited human intervention, under internal controls.

BlackRock

Larry Fink's 2026 chairman's letter pairs tokenization with agentic payments as the combination that could automate investing for everyday users.

Circle

Launched agent wallets and nanopayments — gas-free stablecoin transfers as small as $0.000001 — infrastructure built explicitly for machine-to-machine money.

Bank of England

Cites survey data that over half of finance firms already run agentic AI — and is openly debating market circuit-breakers for autonomous trading agents.

Figures reflect the cited institutions' own published projections and statements, not TokenForce estimates or promises of any outcome.

Why onchain

Agents need rails built for machines.

Agents can hold keys, not bank accounts

An AI agent can't pass a branch KYC interview — but it can control a wallet. Cryptographic keys give software a native way to own, sign, and act that legacy account systems were never designed to offer.

Machine-speed settlement

Agents operate continuously and transact in milliseconds. Onchain settlement is 24/7, final, and atomic — no cut-off times, no batch files, no waiting for a counterparty's back office to open.

Programmable money

Stablecoins are already becoming the default settlement layer for agent payments — including micro-payments far below what card rails can price. Money agents can hold and send is money that lives onchain.

Rules enforced in code

Smart contracts let an agent's authority be bounded onchain: spending limits, eligible assets, approved counterparties. The constraint is enforced by the rail itself — not by trusting the agent to behave.

Verifiable by supervisors

When agents manage money, auditability stops being a reporting exercise and becomes a property of the ledger. Every action is signed, timestamped, and inspectable — by the institution and its regulator.

Assets agents can actually reach

An agent can only manage what it can hold. Tokenized equities, funds, and credit are the asset form the agentic economy can natively own — which is why tokenization comes first.

Where TokenForce fits

Agents will need compliant assets. We're putting them onchain now.

An autonomous portfolio manager is only as useful as the assets it can legally hold. Today that universe is stablecoins and crypto. Tomorrow it must include equities, funds, and credit — tokenized, compliance-gated, and verifiable, so an agent's every action stays inside the rules its owner and regulator set.

That is the intersection we build at: real-world assets issued onchain through our infrastructure, structured within EU regulation through our advisory work — asset rails designed so that when the agents arrive, the assets are already there.
