Onchain finance, built in Europe.
TokenForce ApS is a Danish fintech delivering enterprise-grade tokenization infrastructure, issuance capability, and regulatory advisory for the stablecoin and agentic economy — serving institutions globally.
Why we're building this.
The capital markets that funded the last century of industry weren't built for an internet of money. Settlement still takes days. Cross-border access is fragmented. Compliance costs lock out entire categories of issuer and investor.
Stablecoins quietly fixed the money side. The assets haven't caught up yet. TokenForce exists to fix exactly that — with infrastructure and regulatory judgment sound enough for banks, exchanges, and asset managers to build on.
We build from inside the European regulatory perimeter, where the rules are strictest and we know them best. Our clients are global — anywhere the work is.
Principles.
Regulation first.
We chose the harder path on day one: structure before software. TokenForce is built to comply with EU securities and digital-asset regulation — shaped in direct dialogue with European supervisors, not around it.
Institutional-grade engineering.
Key management without single points of failure, segregated environments, auditable smart contracts, and tamper-evident records — engineered to the standard financial infrastructure is held to.
Composable by default.
Tokens that can't move don't matter. Everything we design is ERC-20 compatible — respecting transfer rules without breaking interoperability with the wider onchain economy.
Verifiable by design.
Whatever the instrument, the ledger should prove it. From reserves and registers to supply and transfers, everything we build is designed for independent onchain verification — proof over promises.

Mathias Glintborg
Founder
Mathias founded TokenForce to build the rails that move financial assets onchain. He leads the company's work across infrastructure, issuance, and regulatory strategy — including the supervisor dialogue that shaped the platform.
“Assets moved from paper to the internet, and now onchain. Each move made markets bigger. This one makes them better.”
