Getting started
Welcome
DraftTokenForce builds tokenization platform infrastructure and provides regulatory advisory. This documentation explains the platform and the tokenized-equity reference design it enables — for distribution partners, institutions, and technical evaluators.
What TokenForce is
- A tokenization platform and regulatory-advisory company: TokenForce sells the technology and enables issuance of tokenized financial products together with licensed distribution partners — exchanges, brokers, and platforms that own the client relationship.
- The reference design: ERC-20 tokens that give the holder economic exposure to an underlying European listed equity.
- Phase-1 designs are tracker certificates (structured debt instruments), not direct shares.
- Symbol convention uses a "tf" prefix — e.g. tfNOVO-B for Novo Nordisk B, tfASML for ASML.
What this documentation covers
- Getting started — what the platform is and how the design keeps assets safe.
- Tokenized European Equity — the reference design in depth: eligibility, investing, pricing, fees, and the legal framework a product built on the platform would follow.
- Legal — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimers.
Current status
- TokenForce is not currently preparing tokenized financial products of its own; the product pages here describe a reference design the platform enables.
- Any future product would be offered only where lawful, only via licensed distribution partners, and only to investors eligible under the rules in force at launch — investors would access it through their partner, never directly from TokenForce.
- Distribution partners and institutions can reach us via the contact page.
