Tokenized European Equity
Overview
DraftWhat a TokenForce-powered tokenized equity looks like: the reference design, the chains it runs on, how it is distributed, and how funds flow on a purchase.
What the token is
- This section describes the reference design a product built on the platform would follow — TokenForce is not currently preparing tokenized financial products of its own.
- A tracker certificate: a structured debt instrument giving economic exposure to a European equity.
- Economic exposure to the underlying — not direct shares and not voting rights.
Supported chains
- Ethereum-first, EVM-only at launch.
- The roadmap for additional chains is outlined in Road to phase 2.
Distribution channels
- All distribution runs through licensed partners — exchanges, brokers, and platforms that own the client relationship; investors access products via their partner, never directly from TokenForce.
- Partner API: distribution partners (e.g. an exchange or broker) integrate to offer products to their users.
Flow of funds
- Reference flow: sales run from a pre-minted on-chain inventory; the inventory exists before the investor buys.
- Licensed flow (future): acquire underlying on the investor's behalf, then mint and deliver — requires an investment-firm licence.
- The central legal constraint is avoiding "ordreformidling" (order facilitation). See Legal and Regulatory.
