The platform that puts assets onchain.

We develop the technology stack for tokenizing financial assets — from key management to smart contracts — engineered to the standard financial infrastructure is held to.

The platform

Tokenization is a systems problem.

Putting an asset onchain is easy. Doing it so that keys can't be lost, rules can't be bypassed, and state can't drift from reality is the hard part — and it's the part we build.

One system, not a toolkit.

Key management, contracts, compliance controls, and the back-end are designed together. Every mint, transfer, and burn passes the same policy layer — there is no path around it.

Built for regulated balance sheets.

The platform assumes its operator answers to a supervisor: segregated environments, full audit trails, role-based approvals, and controls that map to European operational-resilience expectations.

Open standards, verifiable state.

Tokens are standards-based and composable, not proprietary silos. Supply, reserves, and contract state are designed to be independently verifiable onchain.

What we cover

Every layer of the tokenization stack.

Key management

Cryptographic key custody engineered around eliminating single points of failure — layered signing, hardware-backed key storage, tiered hot-to-cold wallet architecture, and multi-party approval before any key is used.

Blockchain integration

Reliable connectivity to public and permissioned networks: node infrastructure, transaction broadcasting, event indexing, and chain reorganization handling — abstracted behind one interface so assets aren't married to one chain.

Smart contracts

Audited, standards-based token contracts (ERC-20 compatible, with permissioned-token frameworks where required) carrying issuer controls — transfer restrictions, allow-listing, pause, and forced recovery — enforced onchain.

Secure back-end

A zero-trust services layer between institutions and the chain: segregated environments, least-privilege access, tamper-evident audit logs, and deterministic reconciliation between onchain state and internal records.

Compliance controls

Policy enforced in software: investor allow-lists bound to verified identity, jurisdiction rules, transaction screening hooks, and a policy engine that governs every operation before it reaches the chain.

Issuance & lifecycle

The full life of a token — controlled minting and burning, supply management, corporate-action handling, registry views, and clean unwind paths — automated end to end.

Settlement & payments

Stablecoin-native settlement with atomic delivery-versus-payment: asset and payment legs move together or not at all, replacing multi-day reconciliation with onchain finality.

Data, oracles & proof of reserve

Pricing feeds, onchain attestation of reserves against circulating supply, real-time contract monitoring, and alerting — so what backs a token is checkable, not asserted.

APIs & integration

API-first architecture for connecting core banking, custody, and trading systems — issuance, transfers, and reporting as programmatic operations rather than manual workflows.

Proof in production

We run our own platform in the hardest asset class first.

Our tokenized-equity showcase runs on this infrastructure. Regulated underlying assets, custody integration, compliance-gated transfers, stablecoin settlement — if the platform handles listed equities, it handles your asset.

Standards-based tokens

ERC-20 compatible with onchain transfer controls — composable with the broader ecosystem, permissioned where the law requires it.

Verifiable backing

Reserve attestation against circulating supply, designed for independent onchain verification.

Regulation-shaped architecture

The platform is designed alongside our regulatory work — the same analysis we offer through Advisory shapes what we build.
